In these sessions we will go through your birth preferences/plan, what to pack in your hospital bag, discuss any anxieties, fears and questions you may have, discuss any questions you want to raise with your healthcare provider/midwife team and how to navigate those appointments, prep your birthing partner so they have a in depth understanding of their role during labour, help you both prepare for the fourth trimester and signpost you to the appropriate places when applicable.
